Reviewing my favourite book series!

Updated: Jul 22

Happiness can be found even in the darkest of times if one only remembers to turn on the light. - Albus Dumbledore

Hey there, readers! An extremely exciting topic is here for you today, especially for all the Potterheads out there! I'm going to be sharing my views on my best-loved book series of all time - "The Harry Potter Series"!

Harry Potter is the most valiant character I've ever known! I'm sure you all must have heard the name, might have read the books, or probably have seen the movies.

Quick fact:- The Harry Potter books and movies are poles-apart! It's not that the movies are bad, but there are a few 'things' that have been changed in the movies, and that's why I prefer the Harry Potter books.

This is an example!

So, moving on, there are 7 Harry Potter books and the sequence is as follows:

(😍/🤩/😊/😐/🙁) show (Best!!! / Awesome!! / Cool! / Okay / Er... not so good)

  1. Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone / Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone (😐)

  2. Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets (😐)

  3. Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban (😊)

  4. Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire (🤩)

  5. Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix (😍)

  6. Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince (🤩)

  7. Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows (😍)

Well, that is what I think about them!

One of the best things about Harry Potter is that once you pick up the book, you can't stop reading! It's a page-turner, and you feel like you live the story.

Okay, so the best book according to me was the fifth one, Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix. I liked that book because it was ever so hair-raising! The adventures were giving me a buzz! The pain Harry felt was blood-curdling, and I hated it when he felt that, all of us would! Thus the book, overall, was phenomenal!

Another thing you must have noticed above is that all the books after the fourth one (Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire) have been awesome, and it is absolutely true! Once you read them, you yourself would believe it!

The story becomes exceedingly stimulating and dark. (SPOILER ALERT!!!) Voldemort had risen to power in the fourth book, and thus, the story after that was always grim and ghastly, which attracted more attention!

The first 3 books were grisly too, but not as much as the rest! And don't go completely by my ratings, the first 3 books are wonderful! The stories in the first three books are awesome too, though I felt that the rest of the books are more thrilling comparatively.

The last book was just amazeballs!! (SPOILER ALERT!!!) The greatest satisfaction was when Voldemort was killed, finally!! And along with him, in fact, before him, Bellatrix Lestrange died! She was the worst death eater, and I was well pleased with her death!

Albus Dumbledore was the wisest man in the Harry Potter books, and so, let's end this blog with one of his quotes.

It is the unknown we fear when we look up death and darkness, nothing more. - Albus Dumbledore
